Het skigebied Zillertal Arena biedt 160km skipistes op alle niveaus en is het grootste skigebied in het Tiroler Zillertal. Het topstation ligt op een hoogte van 2.500 meter boven zeeniveau. In Gerlos ligt een halfpipe die 100m lang, 14m wijd en 3m hoog is. Verder ligt in Gerlos het Hot-Zone Funpark.

Als u na een dagje skiën of snowboarden het Zillertal op een andere manier wilt verkennen is dat goed mogelijk. Zo kunnen kinderen een rit maken op de Arena Coaster, een rodelbaan, of te voet het Naturpark Zillertaler Alpen ontdekken, met onder meer 80 gletsjers of het monument Berliner Hütte bezoeken dat symbool staat voor het begin van het Alpinisme.
