Rifflsee - Pitztal ligt in Tirol, boven Mandarfen in het Pitztal, dicht bij de Pitztaler Gletscher. Voor Nederlandse wintersporters is dit vooral interessant als je een hooggelegen, overzichtelijk skigebied zoekt met een echte alpiene sfeer. De regio krijgt gemiddeld ongeveer 400 cm sneeuw per jaar en heeft ook sneeuwkanonnen op geselecteerde pistes.
The ski resort area covers 60 ha, with 26 km of skiable terrain, 30 pistes and 12 lifts. The piste mix is sporty: 23% intermediate, 50% advanced and 27% expert. The ski area runs from about 1,640 m to 2,880 m, with a vertical drop of 1,240 m and a longest run of up to 8 km.
